Lake Vista Pool Rules

  1. Pool use is limited to Lake Vista residents. Residents should be prepared with photo identification verifying Lake Vista residency to show the pool monitor or management upon check in. As staffing changes, it is important to still carry an ID, even if residing in the neighborhood for several years. HOA dues must be current to use the swimming pool amenity. Guests: Two non-household guests are allowed per visit, per household (per roof). The Lake Vista resident - including owners or renters - must be present with their guests at all times. Any additional guests with an adult resident beyond the two permitted guests will need to digitally pay $5/person. No cash. Minors cannot bring more than two guests. No parties. Non-household grandchildren, children, grandparents and parents are welcome WITH the resident throughout the pool season and do not count toward the guest limit. Contact the pool manager with any questions.
