Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
All exterior modifications to any property in Lake Vista must be pre-approved in writing by the ARC committee, including tree removal, additions to decks, driveways, major landscape changes, etc. The ARC committee also addresses complaints of covenant violations, reviews new construction building plans, and makes recommendations and reports for needed Bylaw or Rule Resolutions to the Lake Vista Board of Directors.
