Gate Access Instructions

In 2023, Lake Vista Pool switched to a digital gate access platform. The pool pass cards are no longer used. Even with a digital access to open the gate, residents are expected to check in with the pool monitor to verify residency each visit. If you need to set up your account, please follow these two steps:

1) DOWNLOAD the Alta Open app onto your cell phone. This is available in the app store for Android or iOS. (Tip: Be sure to download Alta Open and not Alta Access.)

2) REQUEST pool gate access by contacting the Pool Manager. After submitting this form, your information will need to be entered individually into the gate access website. You will receive an email from Avigilon Alta to proceed. In the meantime, you can still use the pool by checking in with the pool monitor who can verify your residency. Even after syncing gate access with the app, residency verification will take place at the pool when you check in where you may be asked for an ID (physical or digital copy).   

3) SYNC your requested access onto your phone after receiving the email from Avigilon Alta to complete the steps.
