Lake Vista Social Center

The Lake Vista Community Center is available to rent for both residents and non-residents.
The fee for a weekday rental (M-Th) for residents is $40, $100 for non-residents.
The fee for a weekend rental (F-Sun) is $75 for residents, $200 for non-residents.
A $250 refundable security deposit is required for residents, $500 deposit for non-residents.
Recurring rentals/reservations are limited to once monthly basis, unless approved otherwise.
The center has a kitchen and outdoor patio area with gas grill, with a max capacity of 49.
The Pool is NOT included, and party guests may not use the pool.
Tables: (1) 3X8, (6) 3X6, (3) 4X4, oval dining room table 6 chairs, round game table and 4 chairs. (40) stackable chairs. Linens are not included. All setup, teardown, and cleanup is responsibility of the renter.

You reservation must be confirmed with the completed form, deposit check, and rental check delivered to the social center (dropbox out front under light).
Keys must be picked up on the TUESDAY OR THURSDAY prior to your event 9-5.
